Your responsibilities
Develop Monthly Demand Forecast on 24 months rolling basis taking historical demand pattern (seasonality) and business input (market intelligence) into account. Demand Planner manages demand outlier data points, researches demand drivers and evaluates forecast results using root cause analysis and initiates corrective actions
Ø Identifies products with key growth factors and supports Supply Planning to identify operational constraints
Ø Determines demand forecasts to support budgeting and inventory management
Ø Assists in developing and executing demand plan to achieve company goals
Ø Creates key performance metrics and maintains demand planning systems to improve forecast accuracy
Ø Performs root cause analysis of demand issues on regular basis and provide resolutions
Ø Escalates complex demand issues to management for immediate resolutions
Ø Works with Inventory Team to monitor inventory levels, defines MTS / MTO products
Provides interim forecast updates to Management, Operations, Inventory and Sales Team on regular basis
Ø Responsible for master data accuracy including planning parameters in planning tools
Ø Assist with design and implementation of demand planning tools
Our requirements
3-5 years experience in similar role
Expert level MS Excel and Data Visualization Tools (Power Quesry, MS Tableau, BI)
Experience in advanced forecasting
Passion for numbers and ability to convert into presentable information
Working in multi-cultural environment
Very good English skills

The GI Demand Planner is responsible to analyze statistical data and generating forecasting solution using analytical, marketing, and sales data of all the EMEAI region. The duties include also planning inventory flow and support end-to-end supply chain activities for specific family of products throughout multiple EMEAI business units. He/She will support the Demand Planning Manager in the monthly demand review with the sales team, and in the preparation of the S&OP demand consensus meeting.
