Your responsibilities

  • Manage articles, assigned to their responsibility, by revising demand fluctuations, and create purchase orders accordingly

  • Use the analytical, marketing, and sales data of a company to effectively estimate future product demands

  • Analyze statistical data and generating forecasting solution proposals

  • Cycle inventory monitoring and reacting to healthy trend breakdowns

  • Verify order requisitions and Planning Tool requirements, analyze data and prepare purchase plan in mid-horizon

  • Actively participate in purchasing & supply chain projects, deliver ad-hoc reporting on management requests

  • Support purchase process improvements and departmental goals achievement

  • Create reporting and analytics for the team and management

Our requirements

  • BA/BS in Logistics / Supply Chain/ Economics or other related is required

  • English: upper intermediate (min. B2)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing/logistics department, e-commerce /furniture industry will be an asset

  • Experience in ERP/MRP systems

  • MS Excel skills on intermediate/advanced level

  • High analytical skills, detail-oriented, highly motivated, patient and diligent

  • Motivated to develop the business analytics, tools and being “problem solver”

  • Experience in creating tools, data reporting is preferable, less experienced candidates with high motivation are also welcome
