Your responsibilities

  • Create new communication channels and lead demand planning process by shaping and adapting to business expectations and needs.

  • Update and maintain planning policy data.

  • Generate and update long and medium-term supply plans (capacity, inventory, raw material).

  • Analysis of sales data to ensure product availability in accordance with customer demand.

  • Resolve planning conflicts resulting from capacity, production, or raw material availability.

  • Cooperate with Front End Sales, production, order handling and logistics teams.

  • Organize and conduct S&OP meetings to distribute information.

  • Preparation of reports, S&OP framework database and analyzes.

Our requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the industry.

  • Educational background, preferably in scientific or technical subject.

  • Experienced with SAP modules (MM, PP) and with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power BI and Power Point).

  • Knowledge of VBA and Power Query is critical to ensure smooth daily work.

  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

  • Demonstrate proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.

  • Show a practical approach demand planning and knowledge of S&OP process.

  • Experience managing internal communications to deliver results.

  • Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of the business affecting the forecast process.

  • Highly communicative at all levels and various professionals.

  • Continuously improve your work and routines.

  • Possess ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Strong time management, decision-making and organizational skills.

  • Good facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills are required.
