Position title: Demand Planner - Writing
Reports to: Demand Planning Manager
Contract type: Permanent, full-time

Job summary

As a Demand Planner you will be responsible for delivery of the best demand plan in APO/SAP for the Supply Team in selected countries in EMEA region. Your aim is to get the right product, on the right time to the Distribution Center, without increasing inventory. You will be expected to analyze & explain gap’s in plan vs financial estimates, create analysis and reports when needed.

You will work independently, being part of an international Demand Planning team and cooperating with colleagues from Sales, Supply chain, Marketing and Customer Service.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Lead demand agreement meeting and daily contact with sales- and marketing-teams
  • Calculate forecasting at Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) level, using Sales order history
  • Perform monthly updates at SKU level
  • Enter forecast in the system (SAP/ APO)
  • Manage/follow up forecast on Campaign and special orders
  • Stock extractions, monitor inventory level, follow up on Excess & Obsolete and actions
  • Link with the warehouse and customer service for stock updates, stock entry and coordination of packaging activities
  • System inventory code ownership and maintenance (VMI)
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in demand planning and supply chain management preferably in a multinational organization
  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
  • University degree (preferably in Business Management, Statistics, Economics, Engineering)
  • Previous work experience in (SAP/APO) environment
  • Excellent analytical and data processing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Result-oriented team player
