If you enjoy working with numbers, this role is for you – As Demand Planning Lead you will have a chance to prove and develop your leadership, analytical and Excel skills.
You will be responsible for monitoring performance and ensuring continuous improvement of forecast accuracy. Thanks to that Incora will be enabled to support our customers to meet their demands.
Supervising the Forecast Analysts team and being involved in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance
Generating system or customer-based forecast and safety stock in line with the monthly business planning cycle
Supporting the Forecasting and Demand Planning function through the provision of forecast analysis
Running all relevant reports monitoring exception message trends, identifying anomalies, and making recommendations for improvement to ensure ordering recommendations are reviewed and acted upon
Participate in the management of parts scope to ensure that live part list is up to date.
You will be extremely analytical, you will love numbers, forecasting and have a real eye for detail. You will really enjoy working with the data, identifying trends and be confident in presenting your findings to your stakeholders. You will enjoy participating in continuous improvement activities and have a passion for developing processes and solutions. Degree in a related field would be advantageous (ex. Maths, Logistics & Planning, Econometry, Analytics, IT)
Leadership experience in forecasting or demand planning
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s, Sum/If formulas etc.)
Experience with Power Query, Pivot, QlikView would be beneficial.
Experience in MRP systems
You will be able to communicate in English
