The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for forecasting activities within Audiological Care (Retail); owning the demand planning process within your assigned region. The Demand Planning Manager will create and maintain statistical models and work closely with cross-functional partners to continuously improve forecast accuracy. This role is a key link between the local markets and the wider organization in translating commercial needs into a demand plan to be used throughout the supply chain.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the monthly demand planning and seasonal newness launch processes in your region
• Support global implementation of Demand Planning process; providing training as needed
• Review, update and maintain statistical model parameters in demand planning system to develop rolling baseline forecast
• Work with local markets to update forecasts integrating market intelligence and assortment strategy
• Monitor KPIs including forecast accuracy and bias and recommend and implement actions to improve performance
• Identify, initiate and implement demand planning process improvements to improve efficiencies
• Update monthly reporting tools whilst ensuring data integrity and driving continuous improvements
• Prepare and support with Demand Review Meetings
• Work with cross-functional and regional teams to bring visibility to long term forecasts
