Your responsibilities
Direct responsibility for the management of a consensus forecast for assigned brands and business units
Coordination of monthly demand planning meetings with Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Manufacturing
Creation and alignment of the forecast for new products considering Marketing/Trade Marketing input as well as launching thresholds
Drive strong portfolio management and decomplexity in line with agreed process and thresholds
Maintaining inventory at an appropriate level to ensure high customer service, while meeting brand inventory targets
Thorough management of Excess and Obsolete stock
The joint development of inventory strategies with Manufacturing, using accuracy statistics, forecast variability, and estimated risk to forecast projections
Evaluation of consumer and trade promotion activities to establish meaningful projections of future promotions
Contribution to the implementation of processes and systems tools to develop a customer demand-driven demand-planning process
Our requirements
Educational background in economics/technology/engineering
Previous experience in supply chain/demand planning
Very good knowledge of English
Willingness to develop in supply planning & demand planning
Good knowledge of Excel & SAP
Excellent business acumen and commercial understanding
High communication skills and ability to work proactively with commercial functions and external partners
Strongly focused on the targets and KPIs
Approach to challenge status quo to achieve continuous improvement of performance
Strong analytical skills
