Your responsibilities


- Responsible for analyzing the historical sales data, trends, base growth, distribution, market share and create/analyze a statistical forecast and determine the Operations Demand Plan in order to challenge/align with the Sales Demand Plan.

- Collaborate with Sales to understand the past performance of sales, drive root cause analyzes to understand error in prior periods and highlight inconsistencies the latest. Challenge the latest sales demand plan, to understand underlying assumptions and compare with the Operations Demand Plan.

- In collaboration with Sales, Finance and Operations, align on the consensus Demand Plan during the monthly Demand Planning Meeting and update/fill out/adjust the Demand Plan in the planning tools in accordance with the consensus.

- Foster collaboration and chair meetings with key customers and/or authorized distributor(s) to maintain knowledge of customers practices and achieve consensus forecast.

Responsible for aligning/composing the Placement Forecast for Point-of Sales items, identifying risks and opportunities to the operating plan and financial framework.

- Create a robust planning function to support continuous improvement for the Business.

- Support the achievement and reporting of forecasting (accuracy) targets.

- Provide insights to the OPS Director to conduct fact-based portfolio management and to implement a yearly SKU portfolio review cycle.

- Collaborate with Finance & Sales to establish long term SKU portfolio management based on complexity and costs matrix.


- Responsible for supporting the Operations Director in driving the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and defining the meetings (structure), deadlines for finished goods products and VISIT/POS items according to the Global Guidelines.

- Based upon the consensus Demand Plan, generate the monthly local Supply Plan as input for the Global S&OP Process by defining the target stock levels, BOM split, consider restrictions, etc.

- Implement the globally balanced S&OP in the local supply planning execution.

- Provide to the Operations Director with a rolling forecast for 3PLs on inbound and outbound volumes.


- Translate monthly (globally balanced) supply plan to a weekly planning according to the guidelines, restrictions from Global Supply Chain Planning & Global Logistics HQ.

- Lead solutions findings and execution of demand and supply imbalances.

- Establish and manage inventory levels to ensure no out of stocks, inventory levels according to business plans and ensure healthy product age according to the quality guidelines. Alert to the Operations Director in case of risks in inventory management and provide plan to reduce risks.

- Manage product transitions of new and phasing out SKUs.

- Manage 3PL rework program together with Logistics manager to ensure 100% availability.

- Provide to the Logistics Manager a rolling forecast for 3PLs on inbound, storage and outbound volumes.

- Maintain and ensure accuracy of Material Master Data and Purchase Price Variance.

- Participate in the identification and assessment of the impact of changing the customer base.

- Related to VMI customers, track customers stock levels, create replenishment orders to ensure customers maintain the target days of supply and communicate to the customers changes in demand/supply providing excellent customer service.

- Maintain and ensure timely delivery of Copacking activities with 3PL based on agreed promotion plan.

Our requirements

  • Demonstrated 5 plus years of experience working in areas of Demand & Supply Planning, Sales forecasting and Marketing activities in FMCG.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of retail accounts operations, forecasting technology, systems, market research data and supply chain management.

  • APICS certification is a plus.

  • Ability to develop relationships with other areas of the business particularly the Sales, Finance and Marketing teams.

  • Proven ability to conduct complex, quantitative and statistical analyses complimented with qualitative inputs from multiple sources to draw conclusions and make recommendations.

  • Strong leadership skills, can motivate and lead teams.

  • Committed team player who is passionate about Red Bull brand and its products who is keen on giving wings to Operations team members to perform on high levels.

  • Deep knowledge and experience in SAP – ERP & Planning tools, IBP.

  • Understanding of S&OP processes & experience to implement it in the organisation.

  • Advanced MS Office skills, specially Excel.

Purpose of the job

The Demand& Supply Planning Manager is responsible for managing and continuous improvement of the overall S&OP process in Poland, creating and maintaining the consensus demand plan for finished goods and VISITS at multiple levels of aggregation and leveraging insights from Sales, Marketing, and Finance. He/she manages the flow of supply to secure 100% stock availability and efficient inventory levels. He/she manages & develop high performing demand & supply planning team.
