Develope and manage the demand & supply plan process on the short, mid and long term.
Work with Sales and Marketing teams to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
Optimize and balance the planning process according to different requirements and stakeholders, and ensure there is always an optimal raw material supply to the factory.
Provide analysis of historical sales data & cleaning sales history (remove impact of historical promotions or unexpected events)
Define & evaluate statistical forecast methods in SAP ERP
Measure and active lead of the continuous improvement of forecast accuracy
Execution of demand plans in all Puratos developed software: SAP ERP, IBP – following all Group guidelines
Working in close partnership with the different stakeholders in the organization as sales, production execution, purchasing, quality, customer service
Constant search for balance between optimal planning (production efficiency, quality) and flexibility to the customer (on time delivery of the goods)
Ensure of optimal supply of raw materials with cooperation with Purchasing department
Contribution to SKU management & complexity reduction and also leading role in leading obsoletes
Responsibility for follow up the planning performance by the use of KPI’s
Back-up for material master data in SAP
Completed studies with focus on logistic/ supply chain management or similar
Min 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, forecasting or demand planning
Business fluent spoken and written English
Strong analytical skills
Solution orientated thinking
Project management skills
