We are looking for:

Support Specialist
Location: Wrocław
VPN
Linux
Windows
 
You will definitely need at least 2 years of professional experience as support specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Acceptance test and assist the support team if required and Ensure proper customer acceptance and handover to Support group
  • Analyse and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner
  • Update all activities on company tracking system (Jira)
  • Assist in deployment risk assessment and mitigation activities
  • Assist in new system development and enhancements
  • Work with Analysts and Business Users to translate functional specifications into technical designs for implementation and deployment
  • Analyse and recommend improvements to processes for a deployment procedures and systems
  • Collaborate with project managers and prepare designs for project risk analysis on deployments
  • Work with IT with QA teams to deploy and troubleshoot the system applications (in case of nonstandard deployments)
  • Assist RAS Technical Support Team or Key Users in exceptional cases that couldn't be solved by them and will benefit from help of Deployment team
  • Provide problem-solving expertise including RCAs and EDAs
  • Develop quality standards to ensure product quality and integrity across various hardware systems
  • Ensure deployment is executed in accordance with security standards
  • HW dimensioning to ensure proper sizing, scalability and reliability


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Networking – VPN, L2 and L3 networking, network security
  • Virtualization – VMware vSphere, OpenStack (basic)
  • Operating Systems - Windows Server, Linux
  • Security - Firewall management, Data protection, VPN, CVE (basic)
  • Database Management System (basic) – Oracle DB, Maria DB
  • Scripting (basic) – PowerShell, Bash, Ansible
  • Cloud Solutions (basic) – focus on MS Azure
