Your responsibilities
You will manage a diverse workload on Buzz’s charter operations. This is a permanent position based in our Warsaw office.
Oversight of cabin crew administration and general welfare requirements; flow of information and feedback to crew through regular meetings, preparing memos
Control required headcount and management of base transfers
Control and verify crew payroll (Contracts, Vendor forms/invoicing process)
Control of inflight sales results (targets and incentives)
Tracking of any cabin crew offline for investigatory reason
Tracking of cabin crew follow up actions from Formal Review and Inflight Investigations
Ensuring Base Supervisors prioritise / promote safety and fatigue management, reporting culture
Managing and coordinating all Cabin Crew operations and meet the objectives for a safe and cost-efficient operation
Promoting safety awareness by maintaining the working relationship with Safety and Compliance Manager
Creating and maintaining annual review process for Cabin Crew based on their performance – conducted through Base Supervisors
Review and/or assessment of the Cabin Crew technical competences and skills; aviation experience; credentials and licences; interpersonal skills during cabin crew selection process. Taking part in recruitment days periodically
Complete Base Visits when operationally required
Our requirements
Reporting to the Cabin Crew Manager, the ideal candidate will be a commercially astute and customer focused senior leader with experience in leading a multicultural team.
Ability to write weekly inflight reports and any other management reports that may needed.
Ability to work in a pressurised environment with deadlines.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be responsive to changing business needs.
Ability to work on own initiative and remotely when required.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly.
Previous people and or operations management experience is desirable.
Windows literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
