Derivatives Regulatory Reporting MI&C Advanced Specialist # 099691
The Derivatives Regulatory Reporting Control and Management Information team are responsible for monitoring the status of OTC Derivatives, Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) and Client Cleared Trades reported to US and European Regulators. This is performed through the completion of daily position reconciliation process and trade rejection monitoring. The Team perform analysis of reconciliation results and investigation of issues highlighted in regards to breaks or timeliness. The reporting status and progress is communicated to Management through the use of KPIs and KRIs, as well as metrics prepared based off Analyses, presented in various senior management meetings. The team is also responsible for managing the Client Query mailbox, investigating and responding to queries.
The team consists of 5 sub-teams, whose responsibilities can be summarized as follows:
The chosen individual you would get a rare opportunity to have an insight to derivative regulatory reporting targets and focus areas, would develop a deep understanding of how different team processes contribute to these, as the role requires interaction with all sub teams in Poland as well as with colleagues in London and New York. This role also encourages an out-of-the-box attitude as the scope of the team responsibilities is constantly growing. The essential requirement is to support the team in growing knowledge base by maintaining process procedures and pursuing on the job training opportunities and cross trainings.
