Your responsibilities
Construction Site supervision and project management. Training will be provided
Monitor work progress, assist the sub-contractors to carry out works on schedule and conform to specifications
Attend site meetings and liaise closely with client/ consultant as well as local authorities pertaining to the project
Carry out joint inspection with the client’s/ consultant’s representatives
Responsible for all personnel functions of sub-contractors and workers at the construction site
Ensure coordination of works among all sub-contractors and site staff
Ensure discipline and good morale maintained at the construction site
Ensure site safety and health requirements are maintained and practiced at all times
Ensure quality of work is up to specified requirements
Monitoring delivery of construction equipment/materials and ensure that their specification are as per the contract requirements
Preparation of work progress report and other relevant reports for the project
Undertake special assignment, ad hoc functions and related duties as assigned
Our requirements
Education: Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
Experience: Fresh graduate or candidates with few years working experience
Special Skills: MS Office application, AutoCAD
High level of integrity drives and result oriented
Able to work independently under minimum supervision
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to travel outstation and oversea (France, Sweden or other EU Countries) as and when required
What we offer
Monthly Salary 3500-6000 PLN GROSS (to negotiate)
Employment contract (starting with a trial period of 3 months)
Yearly performance bonus
Oversea allowances shall be provided for oversea work posting
