- Perform study and structural analysis of gearboxes parts, assemblies, and systems including calculation of loads and static, dynamic and fatigue analyses
- Support the evolution of the structural integrity of gearboxes components in whole aircraft engine design
- Generate documentation and report analysis, support development and qualification processes
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Applied Mechanics, Aerospace, Structural Engineering or related fields
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of material behavior under the loads, free-body diagrams and the basics of numerical calculation’s methods
- Confident knowledge of the strength of materials (using analytical hand calculation methods)
- Experience in usage of FEM Calculation packages - basic functionality, graphical and command interface, model preparation, stress, dynamic, stability, fatigue calculation.
- CAD software user (CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Good English level - written and spoken (B2 as a reference)
- Ability to work both in a team and individually
