3D modelling of Low Pressure Turbine components in Catia V5
Stress analysis (static, LCF, HCF, fatigue, crack propagation) of parts using FEA (Ansys Workbench) and analytical methods
Assessment of non-conformances and their effect on the product
Day-to-day cooperation with internal and external stakeholders from technology / methods, quality and manufacturing at various stages of implementation and serial production
Preparation of analyses and reports for internal and external customers
Technical support of the production department
Provide feedback from analyses and non-conformance assessments to ensure continuous improvement of the product

University degree in relevant technical discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a designer / mechanical engineer / stress engineer preferably in aerospace industry
Practical experience with CATIA v5 and FEA (Ansys Workbench)
Ability of technical drawing interpretation
Knowledge of design and operation of aircraft engines - experience with Low Pressure Turbine and Turbine Blades would be a plus
In-depth understanding of the Theory of Elasticity, Fatigue Strength and related challenges
C1 English level
Availability for abroad qualification training (of up to 6 weeks duration) and occasional business travels
Teamwork, analytical thinking, self-motivation, ‘can-do’ attitude and decision-making skills
