Your responsibilities
Be responsible for development of designers
Conducting one-to-one sessions on regular basis, share feedback
Create development paths for designers
Participate in recruitment processes for design roles
Taking part in evaluation, salary reviews and promotion processes
Advise on strategic projects
Develop new services
Our requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in a branding, advertising, interactive agency or any company with a similar profile and scope of responsibilities
You have lead a team of creative professionals and enjoyed it
You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
You have a diverse portfolio with lots of digital and printed projects in it
You are good at conceptual thinking
You are an efficient communicator with strong presentation skills
You are reliable and patient
You are fluent in English
