Join our Subsea Production Systems Team!
As a global team, we design and deliver subsea production systems to control and monitor oil and gas extraction. Innovating in the energy industry, our subsea and surface pressure capabilities are industry leading.
Partner with the best
As a Designer you will undertake design activities on OFE equipment typically pressure containing and/or load bearing in nature meeting internal and external design competence standards.
As a Designer, you will be responsible for:
  • Interpreting engineering specifications to produce layout, detail, and assembly designs.
  • Interpreting customer specifications to produce design specifications
  • Designing conceptual design requirements and layouts for review following company design process management.
  • Preparing detail, fabrication and assembly drawings/ models using Creo to ASME Y14.5 standards and format.
  • Retrieving and submitting data in Teamcenter (PLM System) following company protocols.
  • Identifying and ensuring equipment is designed in accordance with the current Health, safety and environmental legislation and safe operation.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bsc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent national vocational qualification.
  • Have proven experience in engineering design.
  • Have established experience in drafting standards and use of Creo 3D and Teamcenter packages.
  • Have a good understanding of fabrication and machining processes.
  • Be familiar with design process methodologies.
