About the project

As member of the desktop support team, your tasks primarily focus on assisting our users with their day to day IT related requests as well as improving and/or completing the migrations required to effectivily manage our end user IT equipment. We have fully migrated to Cloud which means you will be working on Microsoft Azure as well as Office365, the majority of our clients are Windows based and the remainder are Apple workstations.

The ideal candidate that we are looking for can participate in the end user support tasks as well as improve our existing and/or introduce new tools to improve our end user experience as well as our management and security capabilities.

For the interested candidates, there are possibilities to get involved in the configuration and management of our network devices as well (firewall, switches, access points and VPN).

Your responsibilities

  • Assist our end users in their day to day IT requests and incidents;

  • Day-to-day management of our Azure Cloud and Office 365 environment;

  • Deployment of new projects and application upgrades in our Azure Cloud environment;

  • If applicable- assist in managing the physical network devices, both wired as well as wireless;

  • Improve security standards.

Our requirements

  • Entry Level Knowledge on Microsoft Azure and Office 365;

  • Entry Level Knowledge on Microsoft Windows clients;

  • Entry Level Knowledge on Apple OS preferred;

  • Basic Networking knowledge;

  • Strong security focus and aiming to increase security configurations.
