About the project
Desktop Support Specialist provides remote technical support to all the bank employees. The specialist will support end-user’s technology with a great focus on aligning IT services with the business needs – all based on ITIL best practices. The main goal is to provide support during migration to Microsoft 365 Apps. Join our NATEK family and help us with the project which able to offer you constant growth!
Working closely with business users on issues reported for M365 Apps migration.
Testing of new M365 Apps releases, reporting bugs and providing essential data to Engineering teams
Clearly documenting support issues in the respective tools.
Keeping all stakeholders informed of your plans, activities and risks you identified.
Excellent support knowledge of Windows NT and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work with native MS tools (Procmon, Perfmon, Xperf etc.)
Experience in troubleshoot compatibility issues based on MS Office version
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience scripting in PowerShell
Experience programming in C#/.Net framework
