Management of Development & QA Department - organising, coordinating and execution of the Teams work.
Standardization, improvement and implementation of processes, procedures, metrics and work tools.
Implementing quality standards improvements.
Monitoring and efficiency analysis of realized projects.
Reporting about work status and projects in progress.
Setting Departmental goals and objectives and ensuring their quality and on-time delivery.
Analysis of Departmental issues reported by Teams members and finding effective solutions.
Attention to effective organisation of work within the Department and implementation of adequate improvement actions.
Delegating and verification of work performance of the Department’s employees.
Motivating and providing employee development.
Providing daily and substantive support for Teams members.
Keeping up to date with Development and QA employees - conducting appropriate meetings, gathering needed information and managing them.
Managing conflict situations.
Providing feedback to the employees.
Other needed actions aiming at best Department work.
At least 8 years of IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in management of growing development team.
Possessing high management and leader skills.
High skills within setting departmental structures, processes and work methodology.
Knowledge about IT and technology issues - software architecture, web applications, corporate products, IT infrastructure, networks.
High communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
High organizational skills.
Focus on cooperation with Team members and other Teams.
Being precise and specific.
Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies.
High professional standards with business relationships attitude.
Good communication in English.
