    • Automating release & configuration processes
    • Planning and controlling movements of releases to DEV/test/live environments
    • Ensuring integrity of environments, including major software version, smaller releases & hot fixes
    • Flexibility in automation tools choice
    • Having impact on continuous deployment strategy
    • Working with development teams to determine if software is ready for deployment; coaching teams & scrum leads on branching and release process
    • Being accountable for continuous delivery process
    • Working with development teams on choosing and implementing the right tools



    • At least 4 years of experience in similar role
    • Experience in managing release process for enterprise-scale solutions with multiple environments consisting of multiple servers
    • An understanding of C# .NET code
    • Experience in tooling & automating continuous deployment
    • Understanding of configuration and release management processes based on ITIL
    • Higher education in computer science or related field
    • Strong English both in speaking and writing
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Positive “can-do” attitude and quality-oriented mindset
    • Ability to learn quickly
    • Team Player, but also able to work independently


    • Experience with Agile application development is a big plus
    • Understanding of version control systems (Git), including branching and merging strategies
    • Experience in public IT market
