We are a team of IT experts, who provide excellent services for GSK sites worldwide on a daily basis. As a part of a global healthcare company, we work in a multinational environment, support around 100 000 GSK employees and over 20 000 systems in the entire company. At present, at our office in Poznan, we employ about 700 highly-skilled professionals.

Main competencies covered by GSK IT are: Cyber Security, R&D (Labware, eTrack, Argus, Documentum), CRM applications, Mobile Applications, Manufacturing Engineering Systems, BI, Artwork and Packaging Systems, Laboratory Execution Systems (LIMS), Adobe AEM, Veeva, Salesforce, Digital Projects Delivery, AI, Knowledge Management, Hosting Infrastructure, Networks, Collaboration Tools and End-User Support.

Main responsibilities:

  • Participates in the development and delivery of a multi-year strategy for development of capability across Manufacturing Excellence Tech
  • Manages the interactions with innovation teams and the communication / inclusion of the sites and product teams
  • Develops tools, processes & content for capability building on Manufacturing Tech Products within Manufacturing Excellence, supporting the usage, adoption and value delivered from products.
  • Identifies key capability gaps and supports Manufacturing Excellence LT & PSC LTs, Product Managers and site-based Tech Teams to close these on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborates with other Tech teams and manufacturing groups as needed to align on capability building needs, processes, tools and value.
  • Supports evolving product management, DevOps and agile methodologies to ensure capability building meets the needs of our organization and ways of working.

  • Experience in support and / or development of IT systemsWell-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong relationship building and team working skills
  • High learning agility - ability to learn and adapt to new concepts, systems, and software independently and quickly
  • Good communications in English, sufficiency to build and maintain organizational support
  • Ability to plan own work to meet objectives, and to work independently.
  • Good understanding of Tech organisation concepts and methodologies (DevOps, Agile)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Holder of ITIL Foundation certificate
  • Experience with Validated Computer Systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of information security risks, corrective and preventative measures and threat management
  • Experience in working with OPC technology, Computer Programming and Interfaces, Automation Systems
  • VFQ Level 1 Certified
