We are looking for skilled software engineers who live and breathe software development and want to build high performance scalable systems utilized in a 24x7, mission critical environment.
We have an opening on our SaaS Operations team for a strong, self-driven DevOps Engineer with deep knowledge of enterprise-class system development. This person will work inside of a highly integrated, cross-discipline agile team and will be responsible for developing innovative solutions using Octopus, Team City, Jenkins, Docker with a focus on AWS based platforms.
Your responsibilities
Assist in the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery of applications and components in a scaled agile environment,
Collaborate with other developers, QA resources, business analysts, architects and product owners to estimate and deliver work inside of a sprint,
Leverage the latest tools, technologies and design patterns to focus on testable, maintainable and elegant solutions,
Help drive process/system improvement and participate in continuous improvement efforts,
Participate in test planning, automation, and execution with your peers both in your assigned Software Development teams and the global DevOps team,
Expertise in current computer hardware and software development languages, especially Python, Powershell, Bash, Dotnet Core or .NET Framework,
Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or other PaaS/IaaS provisioning platforms,
Assist in DevOps related system stabilization and support.
Our requirements
Previous experience in DevOps or Technical Operations that required an in depth understanding of DevOps procedures in either a cloud-based or datacenter environment
Experience with MicroServices architecture and development (Dotnet, k8s, Docker)
1 year Experience with Amazon Web Services,
1 year Experience with K8s
Experience in Automated CI/CD pipeline (Team City / Octopus a large Plus)
