Your responsibilities
Responsible for creating high-level product specifications and design documents
Creating comprehensive solution designs
Providing the development team with architectural blueprints to follow
Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design
Identify changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Requirement Analysis & Management, Technical Risk Evaluation, Effort Estimations
Customer Co-ordination and Status reporting.
Communicating with clients to determine their technical requirements
Problem solving with a strong understanding of the broad range of software technologies and platforms available
Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine technical software requirements
Strategizing in testing the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirements
Interface with Project teams at India and Customer Team
Collaborate with various SME’s, technical & functional teams to assess, design and deploy.
Our requirements
Profile:
• 10+ years of experience in Software development
• 3+ Years of experience in DevOps - Software design and architecture
• Experience in application of standard design patterns
• Experience with majority of the following Toolchain/Frameworks:
o Bitbucket/Jenkins
o Github
o Kubernetes
o Postgres DB
o Kafka
o MQTT
o Java
o Quarkus
o Aure Cloud / Terraform
o Docker
o Npm
• Build Management: Jenkins, CI-CD
• Cloud-based Management: Know-how on AWS, MS Azure or any cloud based platform
• Knowledge and experience in domain architecture and solution architecture
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture:
o Verteiltes Entwickeln in Grossen Teams (Scrum/GitOps)
o Verständnis der Funktionsweise moderner Architekturen
o Selbständiges Arbeiten im Team
o Mehrjährige Erfahrung (gute Mischung junior/senior im Team notwendig)
o Bereitschaft sich vorhandener lokaler Gegebenheiten anzupassen
o Erfahrung in Entwicklung von REST/SOAP Schnittstellen
o Sensibilität OPS
o Automatisiertes Testen (Fronend/Backend)
Will be a plus:
• Experience on working with OEMs
• Process knowledge: ASPICE, ISO 26262
• German language + certifications
Soft skills:
• Methodological knowledge for the transfer of technical knowledge
• Structured way of working in creating documentation
• Flexible, energetic, and capable of making sound project decisions,
• Self-motivated team player, action and results oriented.
• Willing to travel to the customer’s locations on need basis within India or outside India.
• Automotive system knowledge (ECU, Software) and technical mindset
• Good negotiating, convincing and Presentation skills
• Awareness of Hardware, Hardware & Software Interface, Software Development Models
Education:
• Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in computer Engineering
• Certifications on Technologies like Java , Cloud , ALM systems knowledge is added advantage
