About the project
You will be a part of a global DevOps team responsible for providing an infrastructure, CI/CD tools and standards for a large software project. You will take an active part in ongoing technology transformation. Work with large production systems and latest DevOps solutions. Our mission is to create efficient, reliable and secure solutions.
Your responsibilities
Support large organization during the ongoing software delivery transformation in order to improve product quality, development efficiency and observability
Design and build highly available and efficient multi-region AWS infrastructure
Introduce new and improve existing tools and processes used to build, release and deploy software (CI/CD)
Create and implement software delivery standards and best practices across the organization
Take a leading role in assigned tasks
Support various engineering teams during the development activities
Our requirements
At least 2 years of commercial experience on similar position
Practical experience in Amazon Web Services or other Cloud Computing solutions
Experience designing and working with modern Continuous Integration and Deployment solutions (Concourse, GitHub, Jenkins, CircleCi)
Very good knowledge of Linux environment
Skills in Bash programming, as well as other script based languages (Python)
Knowledge of basic network protocols and services
Knowledge of software building tools (Maven, Gradle)
Experience in using containers
Proficiency in English, required to communicate in a global team and understand technical documentation
Optional
Knowledge of: Terragrunt, Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins, Packer, Vault
Knowledge of protocols and data exchange formats: HTTP/1.1/2.0, RESTful API
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in the field of Informatics, Telecommunication or related subject
