Your responsibilities
Provide L3 (development) support for incident resolution
Development in .NET based systems
Focus on all development aspects for related to applications & systems
Main part of responsibilities will be on L2 (Operational support) side by side with development work.
Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications; researches, builds, tests, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
Responsibility for SLA and Incident Management
Working on standby (24/7)
Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
Works closely with analysts, designers and other team members.
DevOps style of working (code bug-fixing, small changes implementation, maintenance activities)
Our requirements
Minimum 2 year of experience with .NET based applications
Good knowledge of .NET architecture and best practice in enterprise Windows applications
Practical knowledge one of IIS application server
Practical knowledge one of database platform (MS SQLServer or PostgreSQL or Oracle)
Windows environment fluency at user level
Practical skills in SQL (TSQL) and shell programming
Good testing skills for any type of applications
C#, Transact SQL practical programming would be an advantage
DevOps experience and attitude will be an advantage
Knowledge of middleware (EAI) would be an advantage
Ability of direct cooperation with the Customer employees
Willingness to create and maintain good relations with key Customer employees.
Excellent team working skills
Fluent English at proficiency level
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar computer or engineering field, or equivalent experience and/or professional certification
