Your responsibilities
This is an entry level role, expected to administer and maintain under supervision of more senior team members applications and operating systems serviced to customers.
Undertakes basic work activities such as Jira and Confluence adminstration set by team leader working with supervision and guidance from more senior colleagues.
Creates and restores backups.
Creates virtual machines.
Prepare and reviews documenation.
Creates and tests automation scripts.
Implements integrations between operated services.
Seeks guidance from more experienced team members when out of the ordinary situations arise.
Plans schedules and monitors own work (within short time horizon) to ensure tasks are approached in a well-organized and methodical way.
Works according to standard methods and tools, programming work packages as specified using conformance and testing processes as required.
Communicates and works effectively with colleagues and customers.
Works according to the project plan and in consideration of milestones, escalating any deviations.
Our requirements
Basic knowledge of Linux based operating systems.
Basic knowledge of Bash or Python
Basic knowledge of computer networks.
English on communicating level.
Optional
Basic knowledge of Azure.
Basic knowledge HTTP servers.
Basic knowledge of any CI/CD tool and process.
Basic knowledge of Jira/Confluence tools.
