About the project
You will be part of the team responsible for implementing a global tool for managing user roles and authorizations to a number of systems and applications at the ING group level around the world. Technologies with which you will be working are mainly Windows Server, Active Directory, as well as MSSQL or Azure. Squad has specific goals to implement and maintain the existing Identity and Access Management processes within the managed application. As part of DevOps, there will be tasks related to the implementation and maintenance of tools, as well as supporting the organization during onboarding to tools and with daily operational tasks. It is a squad combining cross-technological administrative and operational tasks, using agile methodologies, working in the area of Security and IAM.

Our requirements
You have experience in managing One Identity Manager application,
You are a communicative person,
You have practical experience in the Powershell scripting language, C# language and Visual Basic .NET,
You have basic administrative skills for Windows Server, SQL Server and Azure Pipeline technologies,
You have practical experience in managing Active Directory,
You have the ability to think analytically and use the creativity for problem-solving,
You are a goal-oriented person capable of delivering high-quality results.
Optional
Experience with middleware maintenance (IIS/Jboss/Websphere),
Good understanding of IT security and SCRUM,
Practical knowledge in writing and optimizing SQL queries,
Experience with tools based on Workflows,
Professional experience in Identity and Access Management Domain,
English language min. B2.
