Your responsibilities
- Day-by-day operating of Schaeffler Industrial Product Information Management (PIM) Solution based on Viamedici EPIM
- Ensure and continuously improve reliability and availability of EPIM application and interfaces
- Incident and problem handling within Schaeffler PIM & E-Commerce team
- Plan, prepare and execute product data loads from Schaeffler Product Information Management System (EPIM) into Schaeffler Industrial E-Commerce Platform (medias)
- Monitor, analyze and resolve performance issues
- Support and manage system monitoring together with Schaeffler PIM & E-Commerce team and external staff
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar
- Good prior experience with PIM solutions, which are integrated with ERP- and eCommerce-systems
- Basic knowledge of IDOC, XML, CSV, JSON, SQL and Windows Server Administration
- Experience with Viamedici EPIM, SAP R/3 or SAP Commerce Cloud would be an advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in English as well as good interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work well in a team-based environment as well as on their own
- Willingness to participate in interdisciplinary team
- Basic German skills would be an advantage
