DevOps Engineer

An outstanding opportunity to join us as we are looking for an experienced engineer to strengthen our Network Automation and Tooling Services team to help us with the early steps of our journey towards DevOps Centre of Excellence for the entire network infrastructure department. You’ll be responsible for a set of IT systems used to manage our global network (APAC, EMEA, AMER), making sure they are fit for purpose and act together as effective automation platform. You will use your experience with professional IT systems design, development and operations to propose and build the best solutions, but also act as DevOps coach and promotor helping all network teams to adopt DevOps principles, helping us to transform the entire department.

Network Automation and Tooling Services (NATS) is a critical function within Core Infrastructure Services organization delivering global telecommunication services in partnership with the firm’s strategic managed service providers. NATS has end to end responsibility for all network management tools and automation and works 8x5. Your 4 peers are experienced network automation engineers located in Warsaw with their manager reporting directly to Head of Network Operations also located in Warsaw, who is also an engineer at heart. We are looking for experienced NetDevOps engineers to strengthen our Network Automation and Tooling Services (NATS) team as part of the core network services. NATS has end to end responsibility for all network management tools and automation. This role is critical to maintain and enhance the existing toolset which is required for monitoring, inventory management, compliance management, etc. of our network services organization

Ansible, Linux, MySQL, Zabbix, Git, Apigee, Netbrain, Extrahop, SevOne, Network products: Cisco Routers & Switches, F5 LB’s, Riverbed, Bluecoat, Palo-Alto Firewalls

You are able to work independently and in collaboration with network SMEs as part of a global team. Your key responsibilities are to maintain the existing toolset as well as to focus on automating manual processes and developing new solutions. You have a curious mindset and are interested to learn and adapt with the ever-changing technologies and requirements in the financial industry.
