About the project
We are a small, multi-disciplinary team inside Samsung that takes apps and services all the way from vision to finished product used by 100M+ users. We work in agile environment on multiple projects in all stages of development from early concepts to live products. We are easy-going yet focused on our goals.
Now we are looking for DevOps Engineer to join our server team that would help us with creating and managing CI/CD pipelines and building server infrastructure on public cloud platforms. Therefore, if you are having fun automating stuff and you are eager to take a challenge of building infrastructure for server apps targeted for millions of users, we want to meet you!
Your responsibilities
Building and scaling public cloud infrastructure for server apps used by millions of users
Creating and managing CI/CD pipelines
Supporting regular security audits
Our requirements
Experience with building infrastructure in GCP, AWS or other public cloud providers
Knowledge of IaC tools: preferably terraform
Knowledge of scripting languages used for automating processes: Python, Bash or similar
Experience with CI/CD systems: Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar
Willingness to learn new technologies
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team and to share knowledge
Fluency in English
Optional
Experience with deploying applications based on Kubernetes
Experience with service discovery tools like Consul
