Your responsibilities
- Participating in the management of our mission-critical application
- Performing the installation, configuration and administration of integration, test and production systems
- Constantly improving and adapting monitoring, recording and alert systems
- Identifying, breaking down and solving problems with our shared middleware components using structured problem-solving approaches
- Analyzing complex communication scenarios and support 3rd level operations
Our requirements
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Passion for solving complex technical challenges
- Strong communication skills, passionate about interacting with other teams within our product portfolio
- Experience in operating Java applications and data streams as well as cost reduction skills
- Expert knowledge in troubleshooting enterprise database systems (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Writing ability to automate routine tasks (example: Python, Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CI/CD tools like Ansible and Jenkins
- Knowledge of AWS is mandatory
- Knowledge of Azure or GCP is considered a plus.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is required.
