Your responsibilities
Building effective, goal-oriented dialogue scenarios, conducting experiments to increase conversion into targeted action;
Creative copywriting, including creation of identity of a bot and appropriate bot responses;
Formation and subsequent filling of dictionaries and libraries of phrases and speech patterns;
Setting up simple integration with external systems inside a dialog script;
Improvement of dialogue scripts based on experiments, metrics, history of communication between bot and users, as well as feedback from users;
Interaction with product team and transfer of requirements to improve functionality of UX of our dialogue platform.
Creating customized analytical solutions
Drawing up sets of rules for highlighting patterns in the text (named entities, facts, tonality)
Creation of demonstration and pilot analytical solutions
Creation of accompanying materials for existing solutions (presentations, case studies, datasets)
Our requirements
Native Polish, at least Upper Intermediate English and German;
Strong language skills: spelling, grammar, style, punctuation in Polish, English and German;
Strong understanding of regular expressions;
Technical, linguistic or engineering education;
Computational linguistics, experience in copywriting and/or sales;
Understanding what REST API is will be a plus;
Understanding basics of behavioural psychology will be an advantage;
Experience as script supervisor in a call-center will be a plus;
Knowledge of Russian will be a plus.
