International position in a global organisation
You will join the Global Service Operations (GSO) department, based in both Ikast, Denmark and Stettin, Poland. In the beginning, you will divide your time equally between the 2 locations but will eventually be based out of Stettin.
This position will enable the classic spare part business to be proactive and transparent to our customers, and your IT and digital competencies will enable this important step-up for our business. You will work closely with a consultant within the GSO department, as well as Sales, IT, Engineering, and the head of GSO. As we are continually growing, future travel activity to areas such as the US, Taiwan and India may occur.
Maintaining and improving our digital catalogue
Your task, simply put, is to support the sales department by making sure that our Digi-parts portal functions perfectly. You will be the liaison between Sales, IT and Engineering, ensuring proper flow of information and good teamwork, all in the service of making our parts and products easily available to our customers.
In your day-to-day, you can expect to be:
- Uploading and maintaining spare parts data, in partnership with Sales and Engineering, to online portals like KK Digi-parts
- Reviewing customer feedback from surveys and Sales, driving customer experience improvement projects Cooperating with and advising Global Marketing on building advertising campaigns within the portal
- Cleaning up the current systems and incorporating existing data
- Coordinating and executing various database maintenance and improvement projects
You should expect roughly 20-30 days of travel per year.

A background in IT, perhaps as office support, office assistant, webmaster, or other back-office IT roles
Experience in online database management, taking input from various sources and translating them into solutions
Solid IT capabilities, preferably in the Microsoft Suite, as well as MS Customer Portal and MS Dynamics 365 ERP (if you are not familiar with these, we will of course teach you)
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
