Parker Hannifin COE structure will have a Digital and IT Senior Analyst aligned seamlessly to achieve the long-term RPA objectives of Parker Hannifin and drive automation cross functionally. The role requires an individual who will accelerate the development and deployment of automation solutions to increase the overall service efficiency and quality. The role manages curation (content check) and a process to ensure components are reusable across the organization. The role collaborates with RPA developers, 3rd party developers and leading the process lifecycle workshops. Role contributes to the completion of the solution architecture for the RPA.
•Developing automation solutions with use of various technologies (hyper automation) and scripting languages (RPA, SQL, .Net, VBA)
•Exploring potential synergies between digital transformation initiatives and developing technical specifications and solutions.
•Collaborating with internal and external RPA counterparts on automation projects
•Managing quality of automation reusable components
•Defining and refining existing process automation solutions
•Delivering the automation solutions across regions, cooperating with cross regional delivery teams
•Assuring the project lifecycle (design, development & testing) is aligned with the governance and compliance rules, pro-actively monitor & track issues for completion
Knowledge of project management standards, methods and techniques (SCRUM Master)
Automation technology knowledge & practical experience in the daily use (RPA, BI & ETL, PowerApps, SQL, .Net)
Technical knowledge of software development, implementation, and testing methodology
UiPath environment and platform knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders, 3rd party companies
Flexibility and ability to efficiently shift priorities
Ability to work under a minimal supervision
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
Polish language knowledge as an asset
