Your responsibilities
- Carry out process analyses that identify and define requirements of the automation potential.
- Derive target concepts and develop automations holistically across all project phases, emphasizing the creation of reusable solutions.
- Support RPA solutions throughout the entire lifecycle (design, implementation, test, maintenance, enhancement).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure business continuity and effective integration of processes across systems and applications.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, e.g., Process Design Document and Solution Design Document.
- Conceptualize and execute user trainings and training documents for internal stakeholders for changed / updated processes.
- Support the continuous development of concepts, methods and tools that support automation.
- Proactively identify automation opportunities for discussion and collaboration with the business.
- Collaborate with outsourcing provider to deliver automation solutions to leverage own capacity.
Our requirements
- University degree (Bachelor or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, management information systems or related field).
- 5+ years working experience in an automation developer role.
- Full business proficiency in English and Polish language.
- Successful implementation of automation projects.
- Experience with enabling Citizen Development.
- Experience working within an agile/SCRUM environment.
- Work experience in an international and virtual environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms (e.g., Power Automate, PowerApps, UI Path).
- Ability to support projects through project management skills.
- Ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture.
- A high level of self-motivation to make things happen in a new environment.
- Strong product- and business-oriented thinking – user enablement skills.
