Your responsibilities
- Driving digital brand communication effectiveness (incl. innovations & new channels).
- Managing HUB digital agency (Digital Kingdom)
- Working out SoMe strategy and content for Europe and execution in Poland (test market)
- Working out and execute Influencers’ strategy for Europe and execution in Poland
- Creating paid display content for Europe
- Cooperation with media house (Havas) and new HUB creative-strategic agency (DDB)
- Annual planning and day to day digital budget management (excl. media)
- Lead & develop Digital Brand Communication Team.
Our requirements
- Master’s degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role and 3 years in a managerial position
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High motivational skills
- High organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in international environment will be an advantage.
