Your field of responsibility

With this role we offer you the chance to position Credit Suisse in the digital marketing channels. You will manage and be responsible to plan, setup and continuously optimize increasingly automated campaigns n tools such as Google Marketing Platform or Facebook Business Manager. This will also provide you with an outstanding opportunity to proactively drive innovation in the digital marketing space and put them into practice.

About the role:

  • Create and manage global campaigns for the predominantly for the Swiss market
  • Schedule and manage ad campaigns in the Credit Suisse ad systems
  • Ensure campaigns are configured, launched and optimized according to the campaign objectives
  • Optimize digital advertising channels and tactics toward growth and efficiency
  • Report marketing efforts with key stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Hold yourself to a high level of performance and results
  • Explore new prospective channels for marketing
  • Support strategy development for paid search, social and other digital tactics

Your future colleagues

In this role you will be collaborating with a vast number of internal and external partners as well as with a highly motivated team as part of the global Digital & Data Marketing Powerhouse in Credit Suisse. The team is developing and managing local and global campaigns for the bank, using data analytics to optimize the impact.

Your skills and experience

To work with us you offer the following:

  • A higher education (e.g. Marketing, Online Communication) or adequate experience
  • Proven experience in digital marketing on agency- and/or customer-side;
  • Well-versed with paid search, programmatic and social media platforms and tactics
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management
  • English proficiency is essential. Fluent in German and/or French or Italian are a strong plus
  • Outstanding communication skills and high analytical thinking
  • High motivation to act as internal consultant, striving to support
  • Strong dedication to delivering excellent results, flexibility and team-orientation
  • Detailed knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
