Your responsibilities

  • Accountable for the quality of delivery (including any SLA performance) for the onboarding and ongoing support and maintenance relating to TMF’s next generation Digital Client Platform for each client in portfolio;

  • Single Point of contact for any escalations relating to onboarding and ongoing support and maintenance for the assigned clients;

  • Partner with Global Solutions and Market Leadership to onboard clients in their portfolio onto TMF’s next generation Digital Client Platform as part of overall onboarding program, by managing the functional configuration, testing, training and deployment activities;

  • Co-ordinate any associated onboarding of TMF professionals onto the connected application portfolio that underpin TMF’s next generation Digital Client Platform;

  • Track, monitor and report on the onboarding status for each client;

  • Ensure that each client within portfolio is getting value from and making use of TMF’s next generation Digital Client Platform by providing ongoing functional support and training for TMF clients;

  • Contribute to the regular service reviews;

  • Co-ordinate the end-to-end support and maintenance activities relating to the platform;

  • Ensure that any persistent issues are identified and corrective plans are developed and actioned in a timely manner for each client;

  • Work with the Global Solutions, Market and O&T leadership to achieve client satisfaction for the activities described above for the assigned clients;

  • Provide functional and technical improvement ideas that will contribute to the Digital Client Platform roadmap based upon experience onboarding and supporting clients;

  • Support Business Development efforts for new clients as required;

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in the Professional Services, BPO, SaaS or ITO industries;

  • Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in client-facing project management, application management or IT client service management across a multi-country footprint;

  • Minimum of a B.A/B.S in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration is required. An advanced degree is preferred. Professional certificates are preferred;

  • Experience of working in a complex, multi-country professional services, BPO, SaaS or IT organization with complex processing requirements;

  • Possess the skills and personality to operate independently and effectively in a very fast-paced complex global business with an in-depth knowledge of project management;

  • Fully proficient spoken and written English, additional European languages will be an asset;

  • Strong stakeholder management;

  • Is an articulate, informed and persuasive communicator;

  • Good problem solving skills - attempts to anticipate obstacles and think ahead. Commits to a course of action within the necessary time frame;

  • Understand how to balance business and technological requirements;

  • Have multi-country experience and demonstrates an ability to work in a multi-cultural and talented team environment;

  • Mobility, global travel may be required
