Digital Consultant (Engineer)

Tasks:

• Hold product demonstrations, presentations, trainings to construction companies
• Implementation and configuration of the application for construction customers
• Provide onsite and remote trainings for users
• Mapping and understanding customer’s projects, organization to setup the application successfully
• Provide continuous consultation for key users
• Continuous internal communication, development request, preparation of bug reports to product managers and support

Expectations:

• Ongoing or finished studies in construction, architecture, civil engineering (at least Bachelor). Construction background is a must.
• Knowledge of construction product technical characteristics, product ranges, types and performance characteristics
• Proactivity, outstanding communication skills and problem solving
• Strong user-level mobile and computer skills
• Fluent English,
