Your responsibilities

  • Provide support for our Customers and Internal Departments with Digital Channels related issues (our platforms and applications).

  • Solve the requests on your own, as well as coordinate communication in search of solutions between various internal groups.

  • Ensure the high quality of Customer Experience, both internal and external

  • Responsible for timely and accurate issue resolution

  • Provide input for process improvement and participate in support development

Our requirements

  • Very good English written and spoken - this is the language we work in on a daily basis

  • Computer literate - Office is something you know and can use, you are not afraid of the new platforms and apps, easily learn and adjust to new digital tools

  • Experience in digital/back office/customer support - optional but if you are eager to learn and determined: we will teach you everything

  • You can communicate: clearly and efficiently

  • You learn fast and want to learn

  • You don't give up easily

  • You are a team-oriented person

  • You have common sense and a sense of humor

Service > Digital Transformation > Digital Customer Support

Digital Customer Support is part of Vestas Service Area. Its main role is to support the Digital Customer Channels unit in delivering the best in the world customer-facing digital ecosystem in the sustainable energy industry. We provide Know-How, User Management, and Technical Support to Customers, as well as back-office help to our internal Vestas colleagues with various eCommerce and Self Service platforms and applications.

We use our knowledge, experience, and expertise effectively to propel Continuous Improvement in supported areas and cooperate with Developer Teams on platform development and process improvement.
