Your responsibilities
Further development/renewal of the global HR system (e.g. SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA)
Support for global projects with HR master data requirements (e.g. Master Data Management, Identity Management, Digital Workplace, Digital Core (S4))
Definition and implementation of modern UX-oriented maintenance processes (e.g. SAP UI5/Fiori)
Continuous monitoring of the master data streams for further automation potential (e.g. optimization of interfaces)
Our requirements
Successfully completed studies in computer science, business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience, preferably in the interface area between human resources and information technology and in-depth knowledge of SAP/HR
Analytical and service-oriented way of working, as well as experience in international projects
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Ability for intercultural cooperation, assertiveness, independence, communication skills, team spirit, customer orientation
