Your responsibilities

  • Support with day to day management of the Marketo email marketing automation platform, working together with Data, IT & Operations teams and the marketing email automation agency to maintain business as usual performance.

  • Drive email performance by aiding with Marketo training and supporting email campaign reviews.

  • Provide ad hoc support for single email sends, landing page, form set-up, and weekly newsletter email sends.

  • Share email and automation best practices with the wider team.

  • Facilitate campaign kick-offs between global marketing colleagues and the marketing email automation agency for complex email nurture campaigns, and support campaign owner in lead handover process, reporting etc.

  • Use a data driven approach to understand email campaign performance and areas to test and iterate to continuously improve. Provide email campaign performance reports, insights and actions.

Our requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a B2B marketing environment.

  • Excellent English language skills, including reviewing copy in English.

  • Proven experience in email marketing automation platform management (Marketo preferred).

  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and basic HTML editing skills.

  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Eloqua, Salesforce Pardot would be an asset.

  • Experience in marketing campaigns targeting a global audience.

  • Ability to measure ROI and apply learning on an ongoing basis, with a good knowledge of a web analytics service (Google Analytics 360).

  • Experience of working with marketing agencies and driving results.

  • A passion for digital marketing and a thirst to learn new approaches and skills.

  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders' expectations with regards to delivery, escalating concerns as appropriate.

  • Ability to build rapport and credibility across all colleagues and stakeholder groups.

  • Experience in marketing database management and/or creating lists for email campaigns.

About the role

The role holder will play a role in supporting lead generation and client engagement, upsell and cross-sell objectives, working closely with the Digital Marketing Automation Manager, global marketing team, internal subject matter experts and our chosen marketing.
