Recruitment for

Our client is located in Wroclaw and the position that is open will be hybrid work, reporting remotely to a Manager (Digital Platform Director) based in the UK.

Your responsibilities

  • Establishing relationships with business stakeholders to understand market requirements and to help guide the business process, services and technology improvements aligned to customer needs

  • Bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations

  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services and technology can improve efficiencies and add value, with a balanced view on what's technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable

  • Developing, measuring, reporting and ultimately improving lead targets aligned to the customer journey compaighn etc)

  • Gather requirements and data to evaluate and make data-driven recommendations about steps that the company can take and the tools it can use to make company information and services accessible to customers online

  • Work together with marketing departments understand customer journeys and to automate and improve these using marketing automation technology

  • Assess, prioritise and support the implementation of improvements in an agile method, adopting a 'pilot, learn, build and scale' approach

  • Develop requirements along with documents and reports to facilitate the transition from legacy into digitised tools and platforms to enhance a positive customer experience

  • Support UAT and work with the IT team to track technology and integration elements of business requirements, to ensure that the requirements are effectively implemented

  • Develop operating standards, governance guidelines, and procedures for the digital transformation initiative

  • Create and monitor key performance indicators and ultilse strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, identifying and recommending priortised opportunities for improvements

Employer requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, in Business, Sciences or Marketing/Marketing qualification is required

  • 2 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager

  • Digitally savvy, with a passion for innovative and quality digital products

  • Digital Product or Services Development (Mobile or Web)

  • Digital marketing and ecommerce will be considered a plus

  • Research skills, analytical abilities, problem-solving strengths, communication skills, computer abilities, organizational strengths, skills in time management and teamwork building

  • Leading agile teams

  • Testing and quality assurance

  • Natural team-player and strong communicator

  • Fluent english

  • There will be no Team to manage in this position
