Your responsibilities

  • handle consumer data integration and consumer data storage through Central Consumer Database

  • develop effective actions to drive Sales and Marketing performance

  • effectively influence efficiency and conversion rates in direct business and online sales (B2C, B2B)

  • support loyalty programs and Consumer retention programmes

  • introduce and establish marketing automation standards

  • maintain and protect consumers’ personal data according to strict GDPR requirements

  • aligning local standards, procedures and actions to HQ’s standards and requirements

  • educating and evangelising internal stakeholders on the tangible benefits of the eCRM & CDP

  • supporting B2B divisions in setting proper marketing automation tools and programmes

Our requirements

Education and Qualifications

• minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• experience in eCommerce & Retail highly welcome

• Bachelor's degree (preferably: Marketing, Business Management, IT)

• relevant digital marketing / marketing automation systems courses and certificates

Experience & Skills

• expertize in one of the systems: Salesforce (preferred), Adobe, SAP, Oracle or similar

• working knowledge of best practices in email marketing and marketing automation solutions

• well-developed digital marketing skills focused on consumer perception, behaviour and triggers

• project management skills with database platforms and data integration

• relationship building – must be comfortable in dealing with customers and other key stakeholders internally and externally (and internationally) and have an ability to build positive relationships

• excellence in execution – can balance multiple projects and work to aggressive time scales

• manage complexity and its implications within projects

• altogether, presenting a self-driven solution-finder attitude


• knowledge of Salesforce platform, especially Marketing Cloud or similar tools

• experience with Oracle Eloqua system

• practical knowledge in using Campaign Management Solutions/e-mail marketing/marketing automation tools like: Mailchimp, DotDigital, Marketo, Responsys, Pardot, SalesManago, GetResponse

• basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, as a plus, MySQL queries as an additional advantage

• eCommerce retail site merchandising and loyalty programmes experience
