Your responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to provide strategic direction in digital marketing and ensure a successful execution of the marketing campaigns in the digital channels and to drive qualified lead generation. Measuring success by setting the right KPIs in place, track and monitor.
Establish a digital marketing framework in collaboration with Regional Marketing Teams including customer journey mapping in selected country and understanding the multi-channel behavior of our health care professionals.
Establish marketing automation and lead the business requirements for the interface towards Web and CRM
Build a strong digital marketing team with requested capabilities to serve all countries. Drive market readiness by training marketeers with digital capabilities.
Build effective digital lead generation in tight collaboration with all relevant stakeholders in particular Regional Marketing Teams to successfully manage campaigns of all Franchises in the EMEA region.
Create and monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree, in Business or Marketing/Marketing qualification is required. Master’s/MBA degree preferred. Experienced transformational leader in complex environments, multi-national and cross cultural
Proven working experience in digital marketing B2B or B2C and campaign execution
Strategic thinker with ability to anticipate future issues and ability to anticipate and identify business needs that can drive value
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaign
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, working knowledge of HTML, CSS
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Strong influencing, networking and team building skills and ability to motivate and empower others
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
High level of self-awareness and self-reflection
Courage to challenge the status quo
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Outlook and Salesforce

Job Purpose
This role will be responsible for successfully driving digital marketing campaigns across the EMEA region. This will aim to enhance overall customer journey in a multi channel environment across all Franchises as well as to improve operational excellence in lead generation and campaign management processes. The role is:
-Responsible for developing a digital marketing framework in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Teams of all Franchises and the Commercial Excellence Team
-Identifying, leading and executing digital marketing campaigns for the whole Region including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and advertising
-Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns with a continuous improvement mindset
-Leading and developing the digital marketing team to build capabilities and competences including analytical skills.
We are seeking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, customer centric mindset, with a strong background in digital marketing, providing a strategic view of lead generation and campaign management.
In this key regional position for the whole EMEA region, the ideal candidate will need to collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing Team, the Commercial Excellence Team, and the markets.
