Your responsibilities

  • Planning, development and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media and mobile

  • Interfacing with country marketing functions, corporate PR, retail and sales teams

  • Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, including brands’ home pages , social media and landing pages

  • Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, media plans, as well as campaign budgets and schedules in cooperation with Brand Managers

  • Analyzing site analytics, metrics, and campaign performance

  • Developing multimedia packages

  • Support for e-Commerce partners, ensuring brands exposure on their platforms and collaboration in building common digital campaigns

Our requirements

  • Master’s Degree

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production

  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns, digital assets, micro sites and social media applications

  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns and a solid understanding of social media marketing

  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, CMS tools, ad serving tools, e-mail marketing tools is a plus

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM

  • Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business

  • Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and strong self-management capabilities

  • English proficiency (C1) and ability to work in cross-functional international virtual team

About the role:

The Digital Marketing Manager role is to strengthen Goodyear’s position in digital environment. It is about designing, creating and delivering marketing campaigns and activities in digital (regular media presence, social media, YouTube, webpages) in order to support expansion and growth of the company products and services.
