Your responsibilities
- Build the company’s digital marketing strategy and roadmap for both web and mobile
- Collaborate with internal partners (sales, business development) to translate business requirements into digital solutions and campaigns
- Drive the development, implementation and tracking of digital sales-marketing campaigns by ensuring customer acquisition and retention
- Design and maintain our social media presence in collaboration with digital marketing agencies
- Manage budget for lead digital initiatives and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns on metrics (ROI and KPIs)
- Lead and communicate digital marketing trends across the organization and continuously search for innovations
Our requirements
- Very good knowledge of digital marketing and data-driven thinking
- Sound experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Awards campaigns
- Effective analytical skills and creativity (to analyze data and make decisions based on facts)
- Result focused and commercially minded
- Self-driven personality with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent English
