Digital Marketing Manager

Job description:

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, you will have proven experience in Online Channel marketing and will be able to develop both strong offline and online marketing campaign strategies and implement these for our Operation.

  • You will drive the creation of rolling and retailer specific promotional plans & their effective implementation, working closely with both the Sales and Marketing Teams, plus key customer and agency contacts.
  • You will manage all secondary display initiatives & retailer media proposals.
  • You will produce a monthly channel marketing review detailing visibility and promotional metrics including photographs, detailed CPA analysis and recommendations.
  • You will develop strong working relationships with the product teams to ensure the launch of all new promotions and any other initiatives that meet commercial requirements. Also to ensure the marketing team is kept up to date with any relevant developments relating to competitor activity in the channel.
  • You will provide essential support for the Sales and Marketing teams in terms of presentation development, pack shot photography, and merchandising.
  • You will support the Senior Management team in other initiatives such as insight generation & store support activity.
  • You will be responsible for developing an online strategy and plan for Poland.
  • You will identify target markets against marketing objectives and plan campaigns accordingly.
  • You will be responsible for database segmentation and have the strategic ability to analyse data and create compelling insights.
  • You will use these insights to target both existing and new customers and deliver creative marketing campaigns online.
  • You will be responsible for delivering a suite of management reports covering all marketing activities including CPA analysis and ROI.
  • You will be responsible for working closely with the communications team to ensure cross fertilisation of public relations into the website and back.

What we are looking for:

  • Education with a focus on marketing.
