Your responsibilities

Business partnering:

Drive the maximum business utilization of the strategic digital Tech solution deployed to the local market

Provide Tech consultancy for solutions and services supported by GSK Tech

Build good relationships and influence key stakeholders

Business analysis:

Identify business needs and opportunities to maximize business value

Capture, assess and prioritize business requirements for new solutions or changes to existing systems

Provide feasibility studies based on business requirements

Support in deployment:

support implementation of digital strategy (solutions, platforms, standards) as a part of large-scale transformation and change-management process

work closely with Multi Channel Marketing Lead and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Tech) in digital marketing projects delivery (customer journeys, ‘next best activity’, social marketing)

establish and execute plans for locally driven Tech initiatives and local implementations of central/regional systems

Our requirements

  • Knowledge: HTML, JavaScript, CSS is very important

  • Proficiency in Polish and English

  • Knowledge of online marketing and Web analytics products (experience management, content management, advertising, targeting, optimization, analytics)

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar consultant role related to digital Tech solutions and tools, used in an international organizational environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

  • Good understanding how Tech tools can support business objectives

  • Communication skills, sufficient to build and maintain relations with business stakeholders

  • Influencing skills and ability to use technical expertise to influence peers and managers

  • Ability to make appropriate technical decisions, initiating action to resolve operational issues and advise on new solutions and technologies.

  • Ability to learn new concepts, systems, and software independently and quickly

  • Embraces & fosters challenges & opportunities for innovation

The purpose of this role is to support local Pharma business team, providing appropriate Tech consultancy related to IT solutions and tools, which are being deployed and used by the business, to support the objectives delivery.
